🤠🏙️Redneck city

Ok, so I thought when I got called to the main city, it would be like, skyscrapers or like big buildings and stuff like that, ya know, because it's the city...but no it's actually not a bad area, members are cool, we live right next to a mountain covered in jungle, and it doesn't smell like dog poop and trash. Which is new to be honest🙈

But it was a bit tough to get started though, none of the investigators that were there before we got here don't answer us soooo💀. But that's alright we've started to get things going. Something that was really cool was being able to go to church and see how many people come to this little branch on Sunday. It was better than my last area, which is a ward. But Sunday is pretty good. 10/10 would recommend.

It's been a minute. And it's tough because I really don't got a ton of time. But I'm a little past 9 months, and it's been surreal I don't know if I took a trip around a roundabout but I feel the same, just a little more Spanish, than before I left, so I guess we'll see what more God would have me become.

But! Pablo got baptized yesterday! So hyped for him, he's been a really great friend to work with and he cracks me up every time we're at his house. He's one of the greats.

Also, dude prayer is really cool. If you feel inadequate, if getting closer with your Father in Heaven has made you realize how different you are from Him, how long you have to go, ask Him to show you the next steps, it's a long road to go, it's gonna be pretty tough without Him there by your side. Well. Impossible.
